Renault to Unveil Facelifted Duster and New Concept Car at FrankFurt

Renault has announced to unveil the facelifted Duster compact SUV and a new concept car at the 2013 edition of Frankfurt Motor Show. The Frankfurt Motor Show is scheduled to begin on 10th September. The facelifted Duster has been spotted couple of times during its test rounds on the European streets but it is scheduled to be unveiled at FrankFurt Motor Show 2013.

Renault Duster has been launched in 2010 and since than its one of the best-selling model of the brand. The Duster which is sold in India under the Renault badge, is manufactured and sold globally under the badge of Dacia. Romanian Brand ‘Dacia’ is fully owned subsidiary of Renault.

The new facelifted Duster is likely to get many cosmetic upgrades both for interiors and exteriors. The facelifted Duster has been caught on camera during test rounds on european streets, which shows its revised headlights and tail lights, grille and newly formulated bumpers. There are no pictures of interiors available yet, but it is rumoured that it will get all the upgrades included in 2013 Dacia Logan Sedan. Other upgrades in the facelifted Duster includes revised instrument cluster and cruise control.

The facelifted Duster is expected to retain same engine types but improved fuel economy. The new version will help Duster to fight against its close peer, recently launched Ford Ecosport.

Apart from the facelifted Duster, Renault will also unveil a new concept car at the Frankfurt Motor Show, which embodies Renault’s vision of premium automobile.
